Where Have I Been?

Apparently not blogging. Meh, I tried to blog about something yesterday but I just stared at the ‘write’ page and went blank. Nada, nothing. My life has become that dull. Well, not really. Yesterday hubby & I celebrated our one year anniversary as a married couple. Yep, we tied the knot on the summer solstice and on a Wednesday last year. We also got married at city hall in downtown San Diego – we thought all the crazies would be there – but no … just us.

Speaking of weddings my aunt Barbara is tying the knot this weekend in San Francisco. Hubby & I can’t stop calling San Francisco ‘The City’ – as in the Eddie Izard bit were he talks about ‘The City’. Anyway, nobody is going to be there except me, hubby & my cousin John. It’s just the three of us … my aunt’s sisters (my mom being one, of course) isn’t going to come. I guess it’s going to be gay pride weekend and the city is going to be packed. I really don’t understand why they are nixing my aunt’s wedding because of a crappy parking situation.  It’s going to be quite weird and probably a really fun weekend. I’ll definitely have to write about it.
