Abbvr. Madness
If you’re not hip when it comes to abbreviations, then my title will probably confuse you. Some people however, are not a apt to apply abbreviations. We all know the basics: company (co.), incorporated (inc.), junior (jr.) … etc (look, I just made one now (etcetera = etc.).
Browsing on Ebay today, I found this:
You’ll notice that this person has abbreviated jewelry to jew. I had to laugh out loud when I saw this! Didn’t they realize perhaps this wasn’t the best word to abbreviate? Considering they had jacket and blazer, they could have easily done with just jacket or blazer and had enough space to spell out jewelry.
What exactly would a jew bag look like?
